Hi sorry it is late so will just add a small summary for now.  The game has been updated to match the steam version. This includes added content like:

* New final boss.
* New playable character
 * 2 New areas, containing new enemies, bosses, trinkets and more.

That's the major highlights. There's a million other small things changed over the year( the nail-gun is actually good now ) but you can check the steam update post if you want more details.
